Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Indore. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to support business operations, including explaining services, responding to queries, and capturing accurate customer information in company systems. The role involves following call scripts and guidelines, maintaining call quality standards, and updating records after each interaction.

The Caller will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues,



escalate complex queries, and ensure timely follow-up with customers or partners. Daily responsibilities also include meeting call targets, adhering to compliance and privacy requirements, and contributing to a positive, professional communication experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and qualified telephone etiquette.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and basic data entry skills using CRM or call management tools.

- Customer service mindset, with problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and queries calmly.

- Basic understanding of technology and software services; willingness to learn about SMT Labs’ offerings.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional or international languages are an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly call targets.

- Prior experience in call center, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is an added plus.
