Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our café in Pune City. This role oversees daily café operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout the day.

Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and safety, as well as monitoring inventory, placing orders, and managing vendor relationships. The role includes hiring, training, and coaching team members, handling customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Manager will also support basic financial and administrative tasks such as tracking sales, managing cash handling procedures, and contributing to promotional initiatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to creating positive guest experiences.
- Experience in Hiring and team supervision, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop café staff.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and vendors in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including café or restaurant service, basic food safety, and product quality standards.
- Previous experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in daily operations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced workplace and handling multiple tasks while maintaining composure.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cash-handling processes; exposure to POS systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on café operational needs.
