Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time in office at ReGain Learning’s Bengaluru South location. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and promoting ReGain Learning’s courses and workshops. Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting the organization’s offerings to individuals, institutions, and corporate clients.

The associate will support fundraising and revenue-generation efforts, maintain accurate records of leads and interactions, and collaborate with the marketing and training teams to refine strategies.



The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and contributing to the growth and visibility of ReGain Learning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with learners, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to identify opportunities, understand market needs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Fundraising skills and a business development mindset to support revenue growth and partnership initiatives.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in sales, business development, or education services, with familiarity in skill development or training sectors considered an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate proactive problem-solving, goal orientation, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South with minimal supervision.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Business, Marketing, or a related field) is preferred, along with proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems).
