Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Malad West, Mumbai. We are seeking a driven, analytical, and proactive early-career professional to join our Founder’s Office.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives across functions, including:

- Product and growth
- Marketing
- Operations
- Partnerships
- Strategic planning
- Hiring
- Sales

Responsibilities may evolve as the company grows and as you develop in the role.

- Valuable judgment when working with senior leaders or handling sensitive, high-priority tasks
- The ability to use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, automation, and execution

Education Applicants must be pursuing or have completed an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field . Relevant programs include B.Com, BBA, BAF, BMS, and equivalent degrees. Applicants from unrelated academic backgrounds will not be considered.
