Position Summary
Our client is seeking a energetic, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven Business Head to lead and transform its business. The incumbent will have full Profit & Loss (P&L;) responsibility and will drive business turnaround, profitable growth, market expansion, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
This role requires a proven leader with experience in transforming businesses, building high-performance teams, driving innovation, and scaling businesses significantly. The mandate is to create a high-growth organization. Build differentiated go-to-market strategies for retail, project, and institutional businesses.
Develop long-term competitive positioning through innovation and strategic partnerships.
Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and new business models, etc.
