About the Role

Are you someone who can turn a conversation into an opportunity and an opportunity into a customer?

We're looking for an energetic, persuasive, and ambitious Business Growth Associate to join our growing team at Career Central.

You'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, connecting with potential customers, introducing them to our solutions, building meaningful relationships, and converting prospects into paying customers.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking to people, influencing decisions, negotiating deals, and celebrating wins.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Generate Leads

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, LinkedIn InMail, emails, and other outbound channels.
- Research target companies and identify key decision makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.

Pitch & Influence

- Deliver compelling introductory pitches that communicate Career Central's value proposition.
- Understand customer challenges and position our solutions as a relevant answer.
- Spark interest, handle initial objections, and move conversations towards meaningful sales opportunities.

Engage & Convert

- Build relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and guide prospects through the initial sales journey.
- Negotiate with prospects and work towards converting qualified leads into paying customers.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and commercial discussions when required.

Own Your Numbers

- Consistently work towards outreach, lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and sales activity in the CRM.
- Track follow-ups, opportunities, and deal progress.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve our sales approach.

What We're Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in making cold calls and approaching new prospects.
- Ability to write engaging, personalized LinkedIn InMails and outreach emails.
- A persuasive personality with good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, curiosity, and the confidence to handle rejection constructively.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales prospecting tools is an advantage.
