Job Summary

Urban Roof Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a Business Development Executive who is fluent in Telugu and has strong communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, sales follow-ups, and business development.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Connect with Telugu-speaking customers and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate product or service offerings.
- Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Convert prospective leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

- Telugu fluency is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Robust persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Must be comfortable working from the Pune office.

Experience Requirements

- Relevant sales or business development experience preferred.
