Role Description The Business Director Associate for Fx CFD is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing business development initiatives in Forex and CFD segments, identifying and nurturing partnerships with brokers, trading academies, IBs, and fintech entrepreneurs. The associate will manage client onboarding, coordinate with internal product, technology, and operations teams,



and ensure seamless delivery of turnkey solutions, including trading platforms, CRM, and risk management tools.

Daily responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, revenue tracking, and supporting strategic plans for affiliate, business partner, and investment partner models. The role also requires preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth strategy in the Indian and global markets.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFD, and broader financial markets, with the ability to understand trading platforms, liquidity solutions, and risk management concepts.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in fintech, brokerage, or financial services, with a focus on revenue growth and network building.
- Ability to manage client relationships, gather requirements, and coordinate with technology and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Solid analytical and research skills for market analysis, opportunity assessment, and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in finance or fintech are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high accountability and ownership.
- Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments and familiarity with international markets is a plus.
