Role Description The Business Development – Staffing role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for multilingual staffing services, including prospecting, lead generation, and building a strong pipeline of clients. The individual will conduct market research to understand client requirements, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and will prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service pitches.





Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill staffing mandates, ensuring high levels of customer service, and tracking performance against sales and revenue targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, participating in networking events or industry forums, and providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to understand client needs, assess opportunities, and interpret market trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage client expectations, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and proven ability in business development or sales, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or B2B services.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Relevant experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, or language/IT services business development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, meet targets, and adapt to a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
