Mumbai Eye Care is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Professional Representative to develop and maintain relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), opticians, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves promoting the hospital’s ophthalmology services, building referral networks, and increasing patient footfall through effective professional networking.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit General Practitioners (GPs), opticians, and optical stores across assigned areas of Mumbai.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and opticians.
- Promote Mumbai Eye Care’s ophthalmology services, including eye consultations, cataract surgery, and other eye care treatments.
- Develop and strengthen the hospital’s referral network.
- Communicate service offerings, specialist availability, and patient referral procedures.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital’s professional network.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors and opticians.
- Track daily visits, referrals, leads, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with the hospital team to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
- Achieve assigned targets for professional outreach and referral development.

Candidate Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in science, healthcare, or marketing will be preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representative work, hospital marketing, or healthcare business development is preferred.
- Experience dealing with GPs, ophthalmologists, opticians, or optical stores will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai’s local areas and healthcare network.
- Ability to travel across assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, skilled, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in healthcare marketing may also apply.
