Role Description The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is a contract position based in Pune City with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The BDR will identify and qualify current business opportunities, conduct outreach to prospective clients, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B customers through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels
- Generate and qualify sales leads for GenIntel's SaaS products and technology solutions
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities
- Schedule product demos and qualified meetings for the sales team




- Maintain accurate lead and activity information in CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and qualified-meeting targets? What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales / lead generation / inside sales / business development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and target-oriented • Basic understanding of SaaS, CRM, ERP or technology products is an advantage ?
