JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to engage prospective clients and convert qualified leads for US immigration services, primarily O-1A and EB-1A, with additional support for H-1B, L-1, and related services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contact prospects, understand their goals at a high level, and explain the company’s service offerings.
- Generate and convert leads for O-1A, EB-1A, H-1B, L-1, and other applicable US immigration services.
- Conduct timely follow-ups by phone, email, and WhatsApp to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Explain service scope, general eligibility considerations, documentation steps, process stages, fees, and timelines accurately.
- Build client relationships, address commercial questions, and coordinate specialist input for legal or case-specific queries.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare lead, follow-up, and sales activity reports.




- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets; identify ways to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead quality and common objections, and hand over onboarded clients to processing teams.
- Identify referral channels and business opportunities aligned with company services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- 1–5 years in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related role.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and work toward targets.
- Interest in US immigration services; familiarity with O-1A and EB-1A is an advantage.
- Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and sales reporting.
- Commitment to accurate, transparent communication.

PREFERRED

- Experience in immigration sales, visa consulting, staffing, recruitment, or professional services.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
