Business Development Manager – EV Charging (Maradu, Kochi)

PIXELLENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD builds EV charging stations through a franchise network across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Investors across Kerala are enquiring every day, and we are growing our business development team in Kochi to meet them and close.

What you will do

- Work alongside our Senior Business Development Manager on qualified investor leads.
- Call and follow up prospects, then meet them at their site or office across Ernakulam and Kerala.
- Present the Pixell Energy franchise – investment, returns and support – in clear Malayalam and English.
- Coordinate the site survey, proposal and agreement, and close the deal.
- Stay in touch with signed partners for onboarding, updates and referrals.
- Keep every call,



meeting and next step updated in our CRM.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years in sales / business development with targets – real estate, franchise, solar / energy, automobile, banking, insurance, B2B or similar.
- Confident in meeting business owners and investors face to face; good negotiator.
- Fluent Malayalam and working English.
- Valid driving licence and willing to travel within Kerala for client meetings (own two-wheeler or car preferred).
- Based in or able to commute daily to Maradu / Ernakulam.
