The Role :

You will be the engine behind our outbound sales efforts. Your primary mission will be to identify high-quality prospects, refine contact data, and ensure our sales ecosystem runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Targeted Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, directories, and web research based on our ideal customer profiles.
- Lead Refining & Qualification: Clean, verify, and enrich prospect data to ensure our sales team has accurate, actionable information.
- CRM Management:



Enter and organize lead data systematically into our CRM (Bitrix24), ensuring all records are up-to-date and properly tagged.
- Process Optimization: Assist in streamlining data entry workflows and generating weekly reports on lead volume and quality.

Who You Are :

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with navigating LinkedIn for qualified networking.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail (crucial for maintaining clean CRM data).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms quickly.
- Bonus: Prior experience with data entry, lead scraping tools, or CRM systems (like Bitrix24) is a plus.
