Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern. The intern will support lead generation by identifying potential learners, institutional partners, and employer clients through research and outreach. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, maintaining prospect lists and CRM records, drafting emails and messages, and scheduling calls or demos with stakeholders.

The role involves assisting with customer interactions, responding to inquiries,



and coordinating with internal teams to support campaigns and partnerships. The intern will also contribute to reports and presentations on business development activities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify trends, segments, and potential partners.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for written and verbal outreach, presentations, and collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to nurture prospects, handle queries, and support relationship-building.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development processes and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in education, training, or career development sectors; prior internship or project experience in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
