Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Associate – Technical to provide technical support to the industrial sales team, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable safety footwear products, and support business growth through technical consultations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and plan customer visits to understand technical and business requirements.

- Prepare quotations based on customer needs and product specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and recommend suitable safety shoes for specific industrial applications.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve sales performance and close business opportunities.

- Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.

- Identify potential customers and develop strategies to target them in the assigned region.

- Coordinate with factory production and technical teams to ensure product suitability and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Provide technical documentation, clarify product-related queries, and support channel partners, dealers, and project partners.





- Suggest product improvements and new product development opportunities based on market requirements.

- Support timely project execution, post-order documentation, and resolution of technical queries.

- Provide timely technical advice to the sales team to facilitate chance closure.
