Important clarification: This position is not a role at Cerebry and is not limited to the education sector. We are hiring for our broader portfolio of ventures, strategic initiatives, and client projects spanning multiple industries.

The Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is AI-native in their working style, network-driven, and PR-oriented. You will be responsible for opening doors, building trust,



and converting conversations with government bodies, institutions, and strategic partners into meaningful opportunities.

You will travel approximately 7 days a month. Before every outreach or pitch, you will do rigorous research, mapping, scanning, and preparation. The role rewards people who are sharp, curious, and relentless about getting the details right.

We have both Junior and Senior tracks depending on experience.

What You Will Do

- Identify, research, and map relevant government departments, institutions, and decision-makers.
- Initiate contact, set up meetings, and conduct professional, well-prepared pitches and presentations.
- Build confidence and long-term relationships through consistent, courteous, and assertive communication.
- Prepare detailed background notes, opportunity scans, and pitch decks before every interaction.
- Represent the company in a presentable, credible, and respectful manner in both formal and informal settings.
- Work closely with the founding team to refine messaging, track conversations, and convert interest into next steps.
- Use AI tools aggressively for research, preparation, personalisation, and follow-ups.

Who This Is For

You are a good fit if you:

- Have a strong orientation toward sales, marketing, business development, liaisoning,



or network building (experience is helpful but not mandatory for the Junior track).
- Communicate with clarity and confidence in both Hindi and English.
- Are ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable with an aggressive yet respectful approach.
- Enjoy research, preparation, and the craft of a well-structured pitch.
- Are presentable and understand the importance of professional presence.
- Prefer ownership and contribution over a conventional .
- Can travel ~7 days a month and are comfortable with a startup pace.

Junior track: Suitable for sharp, high-potential candidates with limited or no prior experience who are hungry to learn and execute.

Senior track: Suitable for candidates with relevant experience in business development, government relations, partnerships, or institutional sales.
