About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for PoCForge's penetration testing and security assessment services. You will focus on prospecting, outreach and qualifying leads, and book meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Research and build lead lists of target companies (startups, fintech, SaaS and enterprise)
- Run outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn and phone calls
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team
- Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and follow up consistently
- Keep lead and activity records accurate in the CRM
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified pipeline

Qualifications

- 0-3 years of experience in business development,



inside sales or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn concepts such as VAPT and OWASP Top 10
- Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced, remote setting

Nice to Have

- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar prospecting tools

What We Offer

- Base salary: Rs 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 per year plus incentives
- Fully remote role for candidates based in Delhi
- Training on cybersecurity services and consultative selling
- Clear growth path to Sales Executive / Account Executive roles

Applicants must be based in Delhi.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
