Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales, business development, and the eCommerce industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in connecting with businesses to identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.

•⁠ ⁠Research companies, brands, and decision-makers in the eCommerce ecosystem.

•⁠ ⁠Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

•⁠ ⁠Understand client requirements and introduce relevant company services.

•⁠ ⁠Schedule meetings and support the sales team in developing business opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain lead information, follow-ups, and activities in CRM tools.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and follow up with prospects.





•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

•⁠ ⁠Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

•⁠ ⁠Education: Graduation is mandatory. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Experience: Freshers are welcome. Up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, telecalling, or lead generation is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Language: Malayalam speaking is mandatory.

•⁠ ⁠Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

•⁠ ⁠Location: Candidates must be based in Kochi or be willing to commute to our Ernakulam office.

•⁠ ⁠Attitude: Willingness to learn, confidence in speaking with clients, and a target-oriented mindset.
