Role & responsibilities

- Promote and sell premium real estate projects, including villa plots, open plots, and farm lands.

- Connect with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and generate sales opportunities.

- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and investment benefits to potential customers.

- Conduct property site visits and assist customers throughout their buying journey.

- Follow up with leads regularly, address customer queries, and convert prospects into successful bookings.

- Build robust customer relationships through effective communication and professional engagement.

- Negotiate with prospective buyers and drive deals towards successful closure.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with any educational qualification.

- Sales or marketing experience of 1+ years is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.

- Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

- Proficiency in Telugu,



English, and Hindi.

- A confident, professional, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and property site visits.

- Candidates with their own two-wheeler are preferred.

- Four-wheeler driving knowledge will be an added advantage.
