Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Trivandrum, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through online and offline channels, and managing the sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, present tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and support account management to ensure long-term relationships. Day-to-day activities include market research, outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and reporting on sales performance and targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into customers.




- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, understand customer needs, and drive repeat business.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Experience in sales or business development within e-commerce, sportswear, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid workplace, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
