Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Health Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience: Minimum three years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience, preferably in education, healthcare, recruitment or workforce services, with proven target achievement.
3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Australian healthcare and aged care sectors, workforce roles and industry challenges, or the ability to learn quickly.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with solid presentation, negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
5. Digital Skills: Strong CRM, pipeline management and organisational skills, with proficiency in relevant digital platforms and Microsoft 365.
6. Working Hours: Willingness to work Australian business hours from Kochi, including early starts when required.
7. Integrity and Compliance: Commitment to ethical conduct, accurate communication, regulatory compliance and HCI's values and policies.
