Job Summary

We are looking for motivated professionals who can conduct PCB design workshops at engineering colleges, build relationships with academic institutions, promote technical training courses, and convert interested students into paid course enrolments.

This position combines technical training, institutional relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit engineering colleges and establish relationships with HODs, faculty members, placement officers, and college management.
- Schedule and coordinate technical workshops, seminars, and introductory training sessions.
- Conduct PCB design workshops and explain technical concepts to students.
- Present the company's courses, curriculum, learning outcomes, and career opportunities.
- Promote and sell technical training courses during and after workshops.
- Generate student leads and follow up on course enquiries.
- Convert interested students into paid enrolments and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for workshop schedules and training materials.




- Maintain records of college visits, student enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular business development and workshop performance reports.

Required Skills

- Around 3 years of experience in business development, technical training, institutional sales, or a related field.
- Solid presentation, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to engage with students and college decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel to colleges as required.
- A target-oriented approach and ability to close course sales.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
