Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Purnea in a full-time capacity, driving growth for EzyKnot Careers by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations to promote EzyKnot’s services, and managing ongoing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement.

The role also involves understanding partner requirements, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings,



and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.

The Business Development

Executive will contribute to local market development, support promotional events, and provide feedback to refine strategies that enhance student placements and employer partnerships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management, including managing client relationships and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, business development, or education/employability services is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time efficiently in an in office environment.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting to track leads and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of the regional market in Bihar and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events is an advantage.
