Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. You will identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM/records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare basic reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business activities.




- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client handling.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, or technology.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, or sales processes.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
