Build and Grow an Education Business on a Revenue-Sharing Basis

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial Business Development Partner with 5–10 years of relevant experience to relaunch and develop an existing computer-cum-education institute into a profitable venture.

The institute has existing infrastructure and offers an opportunity to develop multiple revenue streams in computer education, skill development, academic coaching, vocational training, and other educational programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the relaunch and business development of the institute.
- Generate student admissions and revenue through courses and training programmes.
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, corporates, and educational organisations.
- Identify new business opportunities, including online education and skill development programmes.
- Manage marketing, promotional activities, admission campaigns, and business expansion.
- Develop a sustainable business model focused on revenue growth and profitability.

Revenue-Sharing Model
- No fixed salary.




- Compensation will be based entirely on revenue generated through the agreed revenue-sharing arrangement.
- Attractive earning potential linked to business performance and growth.
- Commercial terms and the revenue-sharing percentage will be mutually discussed and finalised.
