About the Role Pharma Now is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals interested in business development, sales, client communication, networking, and the pharmaceutical industry.

You will work closely with the Business Development team to support daily activities, identify potential business opportunities, interact with clients, participate in industry events, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Business Development team with day-to-day activities and ongoing projects.
- Learn about the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and the company's business offerings.
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Support lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and update lead details and client interactions in the CRM.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, proposals, and client-related documents.
- Participate in client calls,



meetings, and business discussions.
- Attend pharmaceutical conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to network and explore business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
- Track leads and follow-ups and provide regular updates to the team.

Requirements

- Graduate in Pharmacy, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, client servicing, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with clients and prospective customers.
- Robust interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and business development processes.
- Good research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
