About Us

Taxcrafted Solutions is a fast-growing, pan-India compliance services company helping startups and businesses with company incorporation, GST registration, FSSAI license, trademark registration, ISO certification and annual company/LLP compliance. Our sister brand, MediaNuts, offers digital marketing services: social media, Google Business Profile, websites and Meta ads.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Business Development Associate who can convert inbound leads, build a solid client pipeline and grow revenue across our compliance and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, ads) and convert them into paying clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right service or package
- Pitch and close deals for incorporation, GST, FSSAI, trademark, ISO and compliance services
- Cross-sell and upsell services, including MediaNuts digital marketing offerings
- Follow up consistently and keep lead status, conversations and closures updated in the company CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding after closure




- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Share market and client feedback to help improve offerings and pricing

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development
- Experience selling legal, compliance, tax or other professional services is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English, with strong phone and WhatsApp sales skills
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing ability
- Basic knowledge of company registration, GST, FSSAI or trademark processes preferred
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred, not mandatory)

Compensation

- CTC: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience and interview)
- Attractive performance-based incentives over and above CTC
