Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate, and qualify new leads
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business

Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web/app development, or lead generation services
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferred)
