Role Description The Business Development Associate role at Mindenious is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with educational institutions and industry partners, and support strategic partnerships that expand the platform’s reach. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs.

The associate will also track sales metrics, prepare reports,



and contribute to planning campaigns and initiatives that drive growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in sales, client handling, or business development, ideally within ed-tech, education, or related sectors.
- Good analytical and research skills to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for CRM, presentations, and online communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Motivation to work with students, educators, and industry professionals, and interest in educational technology and career development.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
