About the Role

3Space is looking for a proactive and research-oriented Business Development & Strategy Intern to support business growth, strategic planning, market research, funding initiatives, and partnership development in the space and aerospace sector. The intern will work closely with the leadership team to identify new opportunities and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research business strategies, growth opportunities, revenue models, and commercialization pathways.
- Identify relevant government schemes, grants, subsidies, R&D; funding programmes, and startup support initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the space-tech, aerospace, and launch-vehicle industries.
- Identify potential customers, strategic partners, incubators, research institutions, and industry collaborators.
- Assist in preparing business plans, proposals, presentations, funding applications, and research reports.
- Track funding opportunities, partnership leads, eligibility criteria, and application deadlines.




- Provide actionable recommendations to support the company's business development and strategic decisions.

Requirements

- In pre-final year or final year or recent graduate in BA/BBA, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to conduct independent research and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, business strategy, or the space-tech industry.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in market research, business development, consulting, or startup ecosystems.
- Familiarity with government funding programmes, startup schemes, and incubators.
