Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for solution development.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, product owners, and technical teams to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and gap analysis sessions.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for development and implementation teams.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, project managers, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track requirement changes, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate business insights and project progress.
- Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning,



backlog refinement, and project reviews, wherever applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or software development environments.
- Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on software development, enterprise applications, data analytics, cloud, or AI-driven projects.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience supporting UAT, preparing test scenarios, and validating business requirements.
- Exposure to client-facing projects in an IT services or consulting organization.
