Position: ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst

Budget: Up to ₹2.5 Lakh per Month

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst with strong expertise in business analysis, ServiceNow implementations, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate business needs into functional ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow SPM initiatives.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops for requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution validation.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide project updates, and facilitate decision-making.
- Prepare test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and validate fixes.
- Develop implementation documentation, release notes, training materials, and end-user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support ServiceNow implementation and Agile delivery activities.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.




- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and SPM.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating UAT, test cases, and defect management.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, data models, and best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist implementation.
- Exposure to Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile Board and SAFe Agile framework.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with process optimization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
