Role Description The Business Analyst faculty role is a full-time, in office position based in Dehradun. The faculty member will design and deliver lectures, workshops, and case-based sessions on business analysis, business processes, and requirements management for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Responsibilities include creating and updating course material, developing assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing academic mentoring and project guidance. The role involves integrating industry practices into teaching, collaborating with other faculty on curriculum enhancement,



and supporting institutional initiatives such as seminars, industry interactions, and placement-related activities. The faculty member is expected to maintain high standards of pedagogy and contribute to a learner-centric, outcome-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Proficiency in understanding and mapping Business Processes and documenting Business Requirements.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into teaching content.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
- Prior teaching, training, or corporate facilitation experience in business analysis or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with industry tools and methodologies (e.g., process modeling, requirement documentation standards, Agile or Scrum) beneficial.
- Ability to use digital learning platforms and educational technology for content delivery and assessment.
- Strong organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to learner success and continuous improvement.
