Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (AP Domain Expert) with strong expertise in Salesforce and Accounts Payable processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of invoice processing workflows, touchless invoice processing rules, and the application of Agentic AI in Accounts Payable operations.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, optimize AP workflows, and support automation and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Accounts Payable processes.
- Leverage strong Business Analysis expertise to translate business needs into functional requirements and process documentation.
- Apply Salesforce knowledge to support business process analysis and solution requirements.
- Understand and evaluate end-to-end invoice processing workflows.
- Define and analyze touchless invoice processing rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI to Accounts Payable processes and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Prepare BRDs,



functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria as required.
- Support stakeholder discussions, requirement validation, and functional testing.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to AP operations and automation.

Mandatory Skills
- Robust Business Analysis (BA) experience.
- Salesforce knowledge and experience.
- Deep Accounts Payable (AP) domain expertise.
- Understanding of invoice processing workflows.
- Knowledge of touchless invoice processing rules.
- Understanding of Agentic AI applications in Accounts Payable.

Candidate Requirements
- 15+ years of total professional experience.
- Around 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and AP-related processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a flexible work environment.
