Additionally, the company curates and conducts events, pop-ups, and workshops related to the art and design field. Jxtapose offers services in architecture, interiors, social media marketing, branding, creative content generation, and event planning and management.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategically driven Brand Strategist to develop compelling brand identities, positioning, narratives, and communication strategies across branding and digital marketing projects.

The role requires a robust understanding of brand building, consumer behaviour, creative conceptualisation, and social media communication. The candidate will work closely with the creative, content, and digital teams to ensure strategic consistency and effective brand storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Development

Conduct brand, market, competitor, and audience research to identify strategic opportunities.

Develop brand positioning, narratives, personalities, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines.

Conceptualise brand identities, creative directions, and distinctive brand-building ideas.

Translate business objectives into clear and actionable brand strategies.

2. Campaign Strategy & Conceptualisation

Develop creative campaign concepts for brand launches, social media, digital marketing, and promotional initiatives.

Build strategic content frameworks, communication themes, and campaign narratives aligned with brand objectives.

Identify relevant consumer insights, cultural trends, and market opportunities to inform creative concepts.

Collaborate with writers, designers,



and digital teams to translate strategic ideas into effective campaigns.

3. Brand Communication & Social Media Oversight

Oversee the strategic direction of assigned social media brands to maintain consistency in positioning, tone of voice, and brand personality.

Review content calendars, campaign concepts, and key communication assets for strategic alignment.

Ensure messaging is clear, relevant, differentiated, and appropriate for the intended audience.

Evaluate brand communication and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Creative Collaboration & Strategic Presentations

Develop and present brand strategies, campaign concepts, and creative rationales to internal teams and clients.

Prepare structured creative briefs that guide content writers, designers, and other execution teams.

Collaborate across multiple brand accounts while maintaining strategic clarity and creative quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, advertising, creative strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding, positioning, consumer insights, and brand communication.
- Demonstrated ability to develop original campaign ideas and compelling brand narratives.
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and digital audience behaviour.
- Excellent conceptual thinking, research, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands across different industries while maintaining distinct brand personalities.
- Strong attention to detail, strategic consistency, and creative quality.
- Prior experience in a branding, advertising, or creative agency is preferred.
