About the Role

Are you highly organized, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes magic of a global bran d?inde wild is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team. In this hands-on role, you will be the organizational backbone for our influencer and community initiatives. You will gain incredible real-world experience in influencer logistics, event execution, and brand marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Scouting & Seeding Lists: Scour social platforms to discover rising micro-creators and talented UGC creators. Build, maintain, and update highly targeted PR seeding lists that align with our brand ethos.

- PR Logistics & Order Management: Take ownership of the product seeding process. You will be responsible for placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring our products reach the right creators on time and in perfect condition.
- Event Support: Be our on-the-ground superstar! Assist the marketing team with the planning, setup, coordination, and execution of IRL brand activations, community meet-and-greets, and PR events.
- Operations & Admin (The Backbone!):



Manage and update essential tracking sheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for creator campaigns, product inventory, and PR sends. You will also assist in processing invoices and coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Weekly Content Round-Ups: Own the tracking of brand mentions! Every week, you will compile, organize, and present a visually appealing round-up of the best UGC, creator content, and community love to the wider te

am.

Who You Are:

- The Ultimate Organizer: You have an incredible eye for detail. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch, and you take pride in a beautifully color-coded spreadsheet.
- Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe social media. You know what's trending, how to spot a great content creator, and how to save/download high-quality content.
- Proactive & Eager: You have a "no task is too small" attitude. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, whether that means unboxing products for an event or organizing an invoice folder.
- Tech Skills: Highly proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of Canva or social media tracking tools is a bonus!
- Beauty Enthusiast: A genuine passion for the beauty industry and the inde wild mission.
