RxMen is one of India's leading clinic-led men's health platforms — built on root-cause, doctor-driven care and trusted by tens of thousands of men. Having established leadership in men's wellness, we are now expanding into a full-spectrum men's health platform spanning Sleep, Skin, Hair, Mind, Gut, Sexual Health, and beyond — backed by a scientifically developed men's health index, an expert clinical network, and a growing footprint across digital, products, and clinics.
You will build this brand from the ground up — and you will be accountable for the business it generates. This is not a brand-custodian role. The brand is the company's primary commercial engine: it must create the awareness, trust, and community that convert into revenue across digital, clinical, and offline channels.
You will own the movement-building agenda — community, credibility, cultural presence — and be measured on how effectively that translates into pipeline, customers, and growth. You will also be one of the public faces of the brand — visible at events, with press, with clinicians, and within the community we build. That is not a side benefit.
It is a core expectation of this role.
You will report to the Group CMO (Global) and work closely with the Founder and the India leadership team. We are looking for someone genuinely invested in the state of men's health, globally and specifically in India — someone who treats it as a cause, not a category, and has an informed point of view on masculinity, help-seeking, and preventive health.
The ideal profile: a brand builder with a business head — someone who thinks in narrative and in unit economics, and can defend both in the same meeting, while being comfortable as one of the visible faces of a new movement.
Brand & Content Lead
Builds and protects the brand's identity, narrative, tone of voice, and design language across every touchpoint
Mines real conversations with Indian men for the language they actually use about health, shaping it into founding content • Directs destigmatising health education and long-form editorial across every category the platform serves
Community Lead
- Builds the brand's community platform from closed beta to open scale — structured topics, expert moderation, genuine peer connection
- Owns the community-to-customer journey, knowing when to hold back monetisation and when to switch it on
- Seeds founding members city by city through the phased Year 1 launch
PR & Partnerships Lead
- Leads earned media, a mission-aligned creator network, and press strategy for flagship brand moments
- Supports institutional partnerships: medical-institution collaborations, an expert doctor panel, and mentor relationships
- Helps prepare the GM Brand for stage, podcast, and media appearances as a recognised face of the brand
Performance & Analytics Lead
- Builds the marketing measurement stack from scratch — dashboards, funnel metrics, and attribution across channels
- Owns Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) as a first-class channel
- Runs a disciplined optimisation rhythm: weekly reviews, experiment pipelines, and evidence-based budget reallocation
5. Key Responsibilities
Brand & Movement Building
- Build the brand's identity, narrative, tone of voice, and design language across every touchpoint — digital, events, packaging, and clinics
- Lead the phased Year 1 launch: seed founding community members city by city, create the first public proof moments, expand across Tier-1 cities, and take the brand fully public at scale
- Find the brand's articulation: mine real conversations with Indian men for the language they actually use about health, and shape it into the brand's founding narrative and content
Business & Revenue Accountability
- Own the commercial contribution of brand: top-of-funnel demand that converts into revenue across D2C, telehealth, clinics, and trade channels
- Build and manage the brand P&L; view: budgets, CAC/LTV by channel, referral economics, and the sequencing of brand investment against revenue milestones
- Design the community-to-customer journey so that belief converts to purchase without breaking trust
- Partner with product, sales, and clinic teams on launch-market selection, demand handoff, and conversion
Community & Content
- Build the brand's community platform from closed beta to open scale — a trust function with structured topics, expert moderation, and genuine peer connection among men
- Direct content strategy: destigmatising health education and long-form editorial that builds authority across every category the platform serves
PR, Partnerships & Public Presence
- Lead earned media, a mission-aligned creator network, and press strategy for flagship brand moments — summits, reports, and community events
- Represent the brand publicly — on stage, on podcasts, and with media — as one of its recognised faces
- Support institutional partnerships: medical-institution collaborations, an expert doctor panel, and mentor/personality relationships that give the brand clinical and cultural authority
Current-Age Digital Marketing (AEO / GEO)
- Own Answer Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation as a first-class channel:
make the brand the default answer when Indian men ask AI assistants and search engines about their health
- Structure content, community threads, and institutional publications for AI extraction and citation — building an organic top-of-funnel that compounds without paid spend
- Stay ahead of the shift from search to answer engines and evolve the playbook as the channel changes
Performance Measurement, Analytics & Team
- Build the marketing measurement stack from scratch: dashboards, funnel metrics, and attribution across brand, community, content, and paid channels
- Define the KPIs for each phase of the launch — movement metrics early, commercial metrics as monetisation switches on
- Oversee performance marketing, sequenced correctly for a community-first launch — believers first, customers second, revenue as the compounding result
- Hire, lead, and develop the brand, content, community, PR, and analytics team; set its operating rhythm, budget, and goals
6. Required Qualifications
Qualification Detail
Passion & credibility Deep, demonstrable passion for men's health and the crisis of modern masculinity — able to speak credibly about loneliness, help-seeking, preventive health, and identity, especially in the Indian context. This is non-negotiable.
Experience 10–15 years across brand, marketing, and growth, including P&L; or revenue accountability — comfortable thinking in narrative and in unit economics
Build track record At least one experience building a brand, community, or category from zero — startup, consumer health, or mission-led brand preferred
Public visibility Comfortable being visible: strong on stage, on camera, with press, and in a room of 300 men
Operating style Operator, not only strategist: able to run a city event, edit a manifesto, moderate a community thread, and read a revenue dashboard in the same week
Clinical credibility Credible with clinicians and institutions; treats medical accuracy and ethics as brand assets, not constraints
Domain fluency Fluent in modern, measurable marketing: AEO/GEO, analytics stacks, dashboards, and experimentation
- You are building a men's health brand and movement from zero — not inheriting a brand someone else defined.
- Direct visibility with the Founder, the India leadership team, and the Group CMO (Global) is not a perk here. It is the job.
- The mission matters. Men's health in India is dramatically underserved, and this brand is designed to change how a generation of men approaches their health.
- You will be one of the recognised public faces of a category-defining brand — on stage, on podcasts, and with press.
- A rare mandate: full ownership of brand, community, and the revenue it drives, backed by a scientifically developed health index and a growing clinical network
