Role Description The Branch Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, responsible for driving branch-level sales performance and growth. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, managing and mentoring the branch sales team, and ensuring achievement of loan disbursement and revenue targets across multiple product lines.

Head will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and local stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to compliance and risk guidelines. Daily tasks include monitoring lead pipelines, reviewing sales metrics, implementing local marketing and outreach initiatives, and resolving escalated customer issues.



The role also requires regular reporting to senior management, forecasting branch performance, and contributing to strategic decisions that enhance customer experience and market penetration.

Qualifications

- Strong branch and sales management skills, including target setting, performance tracking, and team leadership.
- Experience in retail lending or financial services (e.g., personal, home, vehicle, gold, or business/MSME loans) with a solid understanding of credit and compliance.
- Proven ability in business development, local market networking, and relationship management with customers and financial institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalations and complex client needs.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tracking tools to manage pipelines and conversion rates.
- Experience in mentoring and motivating teams, including recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with high standards of integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Strong local market awareness in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and surrounding regions, with willingness to travel locally as needed.
