Role Description The Branch Manager role at Urban Money is a full-time, on-site position based in Mathura.

The Branch

Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing loan advisory services, monitoring loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring the branch team, setting performance goals, and driving sales targets for home loans and other financial products.

Manager builds and maintains robust relationships with customers and lending partners, resolves escalations, and ensures high service quality. The role also involves tracking branch performance metrics, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising branch operations or similar financial services environments.
- Proficiency in sales, relationship management, and client servicing within banking, NBFC, or loan advisory settings.
- Solid understanding of loan products, mortgages, documentation requirements, and basic principles of taxation and insurance.
- Ability to analyze financial data, track performance metrics, and prepare accurate operational and sales reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail banking, housing finance, or loan distribution is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with on-site work in Mathura and familiarity with the local market and customer base is preferred.
