We are hiring for a leading microfinance company dealing in Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Affordable Housing Finance (ticket size: 2L10L).

Job Locations: Thanjavur | Thiruvarur | Cuddalore | Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu

Position: Branch Manager (BM)

CTC: Up to 6 LPA + 75,000 bonus

Experience: 5+ years, including 23 years as BM. ABMs may also be considered.

Product Experience: Home Loans / LAP / Affordable Housing / Micro LAP

Stability: Minimum 2 years with one company

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch business growth, loan disbursements, and monthly targets.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations, sales, collections, and credit processes.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer retention.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch team performance.
- Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquencies through effective collections.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit standards, and timely reporting.
