- Manage daily operations of the clinic
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer-conversion targets.
- Handle walk-ins, leads, consultations, follow-ups, and membership/package sales.
- Manage and motivate counselors, therapists, trainers, front-office staff, and other team members.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, performance, and training.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or escalations.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure effective utilization of center resources.
- Track leads and follow-ups through CRM or other systems.
- Maintain accurate sales, collection, inventory, and operational reports.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and management as required.
- Monitor stock of consumables and coordinate replenishment.




- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support local marketing activities, promotions, referral programs, and customer-retention initiatives.
- Ensure that services and packages are explained accurately and ethically to customers.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
