Role Description The Branch Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing all branch operations and performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales team, setting targets, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring smooth execution of property transactions. The role involves developing local business strategies, expanding the client base, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and partners.

Head will supervise documentation, compliance, and reporting, while ensuring high standards of customer service and ethical practices. This position also requires mentoring team members,



coordinating marketing activities, and collaborating with senior management on growth initiatives for the Pune branch.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in real estate sales, branch or team management, and business development within the property or related industry.
- Robust leadership, people management, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team toward targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a customer-centric approach and professional presentation.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, and use basic financial and reporting tools effectively.
- Familiarity with local Pune real estate regulations, property documentation, and compliance requirements is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and digital platforms for tracking leads, listings, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in real estate leadership will be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune City, with flexibility to attend client meetings, site visits, and events as needed.
