We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Credit Manager to manage branch-level credit operations, assess loan applications, and ensure proper credit evaluation as per company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze loan applications, financial documents, and customer creditworthiness.
- Manage credit appraisal and loan underwriting for secured loans.
- Conduct customer and property verification as per company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management procedures.
- Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio and minimize credit risk.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Verify legal and technical reports before loan approval.
- Ensure timely processing of loan files and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage and guide the credit team at the branch level.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Relevant experience in credit appraisal and secured lending is required.
- Skills: Credit analysis, risk assessment, decision-making, and team management.
- Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in NBFCs or financial institutions.
