We are seeking a energetic BPO Sales Trainer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the sales skills of our BPO agents. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement effective training programs focused on sales techniques, cold calling strategies, and customer engagement.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees to improve their sales performance and product knowledge.
- Assess training needs through performance evaluations and feedback from team leaders.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.




- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales staff to help them achieve their targets.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in sales training, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques, particularly in cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of individuals.
- Familiarity with training methodologies such as TNI (Training Needs Identification) and TTT (Train the Trainer).
