- Technical Requirements & Skills - Experience: 3–8 years in Interior Fit-out projects.
- Core Expertise - Complete command over BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and cost structuring.
- Technical Skillset - Ability to translate drawings and specifications into execution-ready financial frameworks.




- Billing & RA Handling - Expertise in RA Bills, client billing, reconciliations and vendor billing with full transparency.
- Rate Analysis & Cost Control - Absolute accuracy in rate analysis, billing and cost control—no approximations, no gaps.
- Market Knowledge - Deep understanding of materials, market rates, vendor costing and commercial benchmarks.
- Coordination - Robust collaboration with project managers, site teams and vendors to ensure financial clarity at every stage.
