Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

JD- BMC Helix ITSM

- Total years of experience: 6 years to 10 years
- Location: Bengaluru

Looking for a strong BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC Helix technical professional with hands-on development and implementation experience.

Must Have:

- Strong BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC Helix development experience
- Hands-on BMC Helix implementation and customization
- Strong B2B integration implementation experience
- Good hands-on experience with SOAP/WSDL Web Services
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations
- Valuable experience building PWA views and PWA workflows




- Hands-on BMC Remedy/Helix upgrade experience
- Good understanding of ITSM workflows and application architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good customer-facing and customer-handling experience
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and propose technical solutions

Preferred: Experience with enterprise-scale BMC Helix implementations, ESB/middleware integrations, ITSM migrations, and complex multi-system integrations.
