Role Description The BIM Modeler will create and update detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines in line with project standards and client requirements. This full-time hybrid role is based in Nashik, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, integrating scan-to-BIM and point cloud data, coordinating models across disciplines, and supporting clash detection and resolution.

The BIM Modeler will assist in producing shop drawings, fabrication details, and as-built models while maintaining strict quality control and documentation standards. The role also involves close coordination with project managers, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate, timely delivery and adherence to international BIM workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience creating and managing coordinated 3D models.




- Knowledge of Architecture fundamentals and modeler best practices for representing architectural elements accurately in BIM environments.
- Experience working with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in BIM, including multi-discipline coordination and clash resolution.
- Ability to interpret and develop Construction Drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation from BIM models.
- Hands-on experience with leading BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar), and familiarity with international BIM standards.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial and technical understanding, and ability to follow established modeling protocols and quality checks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and global project teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related field; prior BIM modeling experience in the AEC industry is preferred.
