Converra Advisory is hiring BIM MEP Modelers for a large construction project in Hyderabad, Telangana (site location: Kandukur). If you have modelled HVAC, electrical, plumbing or fire services in Revit and know how to resolve clashes before they reach site, this role is for you.
What you will do
- Develop MEP BIM models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting) in Autodesk Revit up to construction-level detailing
- Prepare coordinated drawings, schedules, BOQs and quantities from the models
- Run clash detection and coordination with Architectural and Structural models in Navisworks Manage
- Manage models and documents on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Follow project BIM standards,
LOD requirements and quality checks
- Incorporate design revisions within specified timelines
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of hands-on MEP BIM modelling experience in Revit MEP
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC
- Understanding of MEP services layouts and coordination with other disciplines
