We are hiring: BIM Modeler - Architectural & Structural (Revit)

Converra Advisory is hiring experienced BIM Modelers for a large construction project in Hyderabad, Telangana (site location: Kandukur). If you build clean Architectural or Structural models in Revit and enjoy working to construction-level detail, we would like to hear from you.
What you will do
- Develop Architectural and Structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit up to construction-level detailing
- Extract and manage drawings, schedules, BOQs and quantities from the models
- Carry out model coordination and clash detection in Navisworks Manage
- Manage models and documents on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Follow project BIM standards, LOD requirements and quality checks
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and incorporate design revisions within timelines
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of hands-on BIM modelling experience in Revit (Architecture and/or Structure)
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC
- Experience producing construction-level models and quantity take-offs
